Financial Systems Analyst (Infor CSF)

Experience: 4–8+ years in finance operations, ERP support, or finance technology-enabled services.

ERP: Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) preferred; comparable experience with Infor Lawson, Oracle Financials, SAP FICO, etc. is acceptable.

Finance Modules: Experience across 3–4+ modules with strong depth in 1–2:

• General Ledger (GL)
  

• Accounts Payable (AP)
  

• Accounts Receivable (AR)
  

• Fixed Assets (FA)
  

• Project Ledger
  

• Grants Management
  

• Financial Close
  

Support: L2/L3 production support, incident/request management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and SLA-based delivery.

GL/Close: Journal processing, COA, allocations, intercompany, reconciliations, period-end/year-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.

AP/AR: Invoice/payment processing, vendor/customer master data, cash application, aging, reconciliations, and exception resolution.

Fixed Assets: Asset lifecycle, CIP, depreciation, disposals, transfers, and FA-to-GL reconciliation.

Projects/Grants: Project accounting, budgets, billing, cost tracking, grant accounting, compliance, and reporting.

Integrations: Understanding of Finance integrations with HR/Payroll, Procurement, Banking, and third-party systems.

Controls & Compliance: Financial controls, audit support, SOX-like controls, PII/PHI data handling, and data accuracy.

ITSM: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ticketing tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting, reconciliation, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.

Shift: Ability to work US shift hours from India.
