Job Overview:

The Freelance Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and content teams to produce engaging, visually appealing designs. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Projects may range from social media graphics and website assets to print materials and branding assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Digital Design: Create high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads
• Print Design: Develop print-ready files for materials like brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual coherence across all assets
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing and product teams to understand project goals, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
• Conceptualization: Take initial ideas and turn them into visually engaging concepts, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed
• File Preparation: Deliver final files in various formats, ensuring print and digital readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
