HR Recruitment Executive / Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition & Business Development

Experience: 2–10 years

CTC: ₹2.5 – 3 LPA fixed (based on experience, skills and suitability) + incentives paid monthly

Primary Locations: Delhi(NCR), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Ludhiana , Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad,

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Mode: Work from Office / Cowork space / Remote (3 remote openings)

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding requirements and sourcing to offer and closure


• Handle multiple open positions across different clients at the same time


• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant platforms


• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against client requirements


• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients


• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers


• Support business development by identifying and engaging new client opportunities

• 2–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to closure


• Prior recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory. Candidates whose entire experience is in consultancy recruitment are also welcome.


• Strong stakeholder management skills


• Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time


• Hands-on with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant platforms


• Good communication and coordination skills

1. Work from Office: Bengaluru (Ulsoor Road office) or any cowork space PAN India


2. Remote (3 openings): Remote candidates must have their own laptop, a reliable internet connection and a smartphone for work communication.
