Job Description - Internal Sales/Tele calling executive

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Internal Sales Executive who can manage lead data with precision, ensure client communication is timely and professional, and contribute directly to the demo pipeline by reaching out to prospects. This is not a field sales role - it's an inside position with a sharp focus on maintaining CRM hygiene and securing demo appointments for our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:
    Use Zoho CRM to capture update accurately, and manage all lead and client data. Your entries should be clean, detailed, and audit-ready at any point.
  • Quotation & Invoicing:
    Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and invoices through Zoho Books, maintaining proper documentation and follow-ups.
  • Client Coordination:
    Maintain a healthy rapport with existing clients, responding to their needs, resolving minor queries, and ensuring they feel supported and heard.
  • Lead Calling & Demo Scheduling:
    Call leads from the provided database to introduce our products and services. Understand their needs and convince them to book a demo with the technical team. This is one of the most crucial parts of the job.
  • Renewal Reminders:
    Send timely reminders to existing clients regarding their product renewals, upgrades, and other important updates - ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.


Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong command over Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written.

  • A knack for organizing data - your CRM should be a model of clarity and precision.

  • Confidence and patience in handling outbound calls and client follow-ups.

  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.

  • Sales data that’s always up-to-date, easy to access, and error-free.

  • A steady pipeline of demo meetings booked for the technical team.
