Job Overview:

The Junior Copywriter will assist in creating engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional content. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for various platforms, including digital and print media.
• Research: Assist in researching target audiences, industry trends, and competitor messaging to inform content development.
• Brand Voice: Help maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content, ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support campaign initiatives and content development.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy for grammar, style, and accuracy, ensuring high-quality output.
• Learning and Development: Participate in team brainstorming sessions and training opportunities to enhance writing skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related fields (internships and freelance experience are acceptable).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and content strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
