This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Implementation Consultant in India.
This role is a senior client-facing implementation position focused on delivering end-to-end NetSuite deployment projects for enterprise customers across finance and operations domains. You will lead complex implementation programs, ensuring systems are configured to align with business needs while driving measurable process improvements. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, with a strong emphasis on financial modules. The role combines hands-on functional expertise, project leadership, and advisory responsibilities within a fast-paced, global consulting environment. You will also play a key role in ensuring adoption success through training, documentation, and change enablement. This position requires strong coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, with a primary focus on Financial modules, from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Analyze client business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations, identifying gaps and designing optimized system solutions.
- Apply and enforce SuiteSuccess methodology to ensure standardized, efficient, and high-quality implementation delivery.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, recommending best practices and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
- Oversee data migration planning, QA validation, and UAT execution to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business readiness.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and end-user enablement programs to support adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Continuously evaluate implemented solutions and recommend improvements based on project learnings and evolving client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing NetSuite, with strong expertise in Financial modules and ERP processes.
- Solid understanding of SuiteSuccess methodology and its application in enterprise implementation projects.
- Prior experience as a functional consultant or business/IT implementation specialist in ERP or SaaS environments.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in project environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in finance and operations process design.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and collaborating with external partners or distributed teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously.
