The role owns the full lead-to-enrollment journey via phone, email, and video consultations, working closely with Canada-based Centre Directors, Marketing, and Billing teams. This role is directly accountable for conversion outcomes and enrollment targets, delivered entirely through remote, virtual family engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead & Pipeline Ownership

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in the CRM at every pipeline stage

  • Ensure timely, structured follow-up on all inquiries in line with defined response-time targets

  • Proactively re-engage inactive or aging leads to recover at-risk opportunities

  • Identify barriers to conversion and escalate systemic issues to leadership

Enrollment & Registration Conversion

  • Guide parents through program selection, registration steps, and required documentation over phone/email/video

  • Coordinate with Centre Directors on program placement, seat availability, and confirmed start dates

  • Ensure registration records are complete, accurate, and compliant before handoff to centre operations

  • Track and report on conversion rate, time-to-enroll, and drop-off points across the funnel

Virtual Family Engagement

  • Deliver virtual consultations and video tours to address parent questions and showcase programs

  • Represent the Fueling Brains brand consistently across all remote family touchpoints

  • Coordinate with on-the-ground Centre Directors when in-person follow-up is needed

Waitlist & Capacity Awareness

  • Maintain visibility of waitlists and available capacity by centre and program

  • Match parent demand to available capacity to maximize conversion and space utilization

  • Flag capacity constraints or growth opportunities to leadership

Marketing Collaboration

  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

  • Align messaging and offers with active promotions, timelines, and eligibility criteria

Reporting

  • Maintain regular reporting on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and follow-up timelines

  • Share insights and recommendations with leadership to improve conversion outcomes

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, admissions, enrollment, or a customer-facing target-driven role

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding conversion/enrollment targets, ideally in a remote/phone-based setting

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales or enrollment pipeline

  • Prior experience supporting North American clients/customers is strongly preferred

  • Experience in childcare, education, or service-based environments is an asset

Key Skills

  • Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building skills, in writing and by phone/video

  • Consultative selling and objection-handling ability in a remote-only context

  • Target-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable being measured on conversion outcomes

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through on a high volume of leads

  • Neutral, clear spoken English with strong cross-cultural communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate across time zones with Canada-based teams without direct authority

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving organizational setting

WORK ENVIORNMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Based in Chennai, India

  • Working hours fully aligned to Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours to match Canada centre operations

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional environment for calls/video consultations

  • Ability to manage periods of high volume and time-sensitive work, with flexibility during peak enrollment periods

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive family information appropriately

  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for families and internal stakeholders despite the virtual format

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required to support business needs

  • Alignment with the organization's values, standards, and commitment to excellence in early childhood education
