This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Broker API (Partner-Facing Application) based in India.
In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of a high-impact partner-facing Broker API Dashboard that supports institutional clients in managing trading operations and performance. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and infrastructure, building intuitive tools that simplify complex brokerage workflows. The position involves full ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from architecture to deployment, in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate real operational needs into scalable technical solutions. This is a highly autonomous engineering role where innovation, reliability, and user experience are equally critical. You will also contribute to shaping API design decisions and improving platform scalability and performance.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack features for a partner-facing brokerage platform while ensuring reliability and performance.
- Own end-to-end development of features across frontend and backend systems using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring high-quality and scalable delivery.
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services supporting brokerage operations, partner workflows, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-structured technical solutions aligned with business and product needs.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, API design, and system improvements across distributed and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support integrations with databases, financial systems, and external services.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack engineering expertise, deep technical versatility, and a product-focused mindset suited for high-scale systems.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience using TypeScript, React, and modern backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in at least one systems language such as Golang or C#, along with experience in building scalable backend services.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL), and distributed system design principles.
- Experience with frontend development using React and styling frameworks such as TailwindCSS, with an eye for UI/UX quality.
- Ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into clean, maintainable, and production-ready features.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker/Kubernetes, and financial or trading systems is a plus.
