This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect - D365 ERP in India.
This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Project Operations, and Manufacturing solutions. You will engage directly with clients to capture business requirements, design high-quality ERP solutions, and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, including workshops, training sessions, and post-go-live support. You will also mentor team members, review deliverables, and contribute to knowledge-sharing through blogs and internal training. This environment encourages continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable ERP solutions that drive business efficiency and operational excellence. The role is fully remote, with a focus on impactful client engagement and strategic ERP leadership.
Accountabilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Project Operations, and Manufacturing solutions.
- Facilitate client workshops, gather business requirements, and document functional requirements in alignment with project goals.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots and oversee design and configuration of complex customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Review team deliverables including data mapping, integration scenarios, and test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee testing activities including functional, integration, and automated regression testing.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members and provide pre- and post-go-live support.
- Provide pre-sales support, estimations, and contribute to thought leadership through functional blogs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX2012R3.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning processes.
- Experience in configuring, testing, and deploying ERP solutions with high-quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, document functional requirements, and manage complex integrations.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
