Job Description - Trainer - IT

Key
Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Trainer

  1. Training Delivery
    • Plan and conduct virtual soft skills training sessions according
      to pre -approved schedules and session plans.

    • Use interactive and engaging methods to ensure high levels of
      student participation and retention.

    • Adapt delivery styles to suit virtual environments and the diverse
      needs of students.

    • Minimising slippages and leakages of training program
  2. Content Development
    • Customize session plans and training materials based on the target
      audience's specific needs.

    • Incorporate multimedia tools, presentations, and real -world
      examples to enhance the learning experience.

  3. Student Engagement
    • Monitor and encourage attendance and participation in virtual
      sessions.

    • Provide one -on -one counselling and support to students, guiding
      them on personal and professional development goals.

    • Minimising Drop -outs and daily follow up to students
  4. Student Assessment
    • Develop and administer assessments to measure students'
      understanding of soft skills concepts. Ensuring Maximum students are
      passed  in “ Excellent Category “

    • Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their personal
      and professional growth.

  5. Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain detailed progress reports on student performance and
      attendance.

    • Ensure timely updates of training activities in the internal MIS
      system.

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training outcomes
      and key metrics.

  6. Placement Support
    • Assist students in preparing for interviews by conducting mock
      sessions and resume -building workshops.

    • Provide support in identifying and bridging skill gaps related to
      employability.

  7. Continuous Improvement
    • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and
      update methodologies accordingly.

    • Stay updated on industry trends to integrate new techniques and
      tools in soft skills training.

  8. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Coordinate with program managers and community mobilizers to align
      training with project goals.

    • Support mobilization activities virtually to ensure enrolment of
      suitable candidates.
