Reporting & Resource Management Lead

Detailed JD –

1. Lead the analytics and reporting function, delivering business reviews, performance and financial reports, and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

2. Translate business and operational data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders to drive decisions and outcomes.

3. Automate end-to-end reporting workflows using SQL, Python and automation/scheduling tools to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.

4. Streamline and centralize data into a data warehouse, with working knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.

5. Apply AI and GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, Copilot) to accelerate analysis, automate insight generation and enable self-service reporting.

6. Proven experience leading analytics teams and managing stakeholders, with a strong focus on process improvement.
