Job Description - Research Associate - Consumer & Sensory Sciences

Role & responsibilities

  • Product efficacy and Sensory assessments and result communication as per the set schedules.
  • Work independently and in teams to enable timely decisions on the assigned projects.
  • Actively engage with Consumers to aid draw insights on products and consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Operate and maintain advanced Instruments to measure Skin and Hair attributes. • Ensure documentation thoroughness of all the assigned projects.
  • Participate in ideation and troubleshooting activities within the group.
  • Assist in product claim substantiation through Panel / Consumer studies, product efficacy demonstrations etc.


Requirements

Preferred candidate profile


Work Experience :

  • At least 3 -4 years of experience in Consumer Research and Sensory science, Basic appreciation of Statistics.
  • At least 1 -4 years of experience in Clinical Trials / regulatory affairs.

Skills :

  • Self -Drive, Strong, Clear and Open Communication Skills, Sound Analytical Mindset, Flexibility to work Independently and in Teams. Inclination to learn and operate advanced instruments and research methodology employed in product efficacy assessments and understanding consumer behavior. 
  • Networking capabilities; Multilingual especially Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi; Photography and Videography skills.

Qualifications :

  • Masters in any Biological Sciences / Statistics / Cosmetics / Psychology
