Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients, with a specialized focus on acute conditions and critical care scenarios.
  
• Manage and stabilize patients presenting with emergencies, utilizing advanced protocols for trauma and life-threatening situations.
  
• Provide round-the-clock monitoring and treatment for patients in the Intensive Care Unit, adjusting care plans based on real-time clinical data.
  
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate patient discharge, referrals, and ongoing treatment strategies.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
  
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, leading resuscitation efforts and coordinating immediate interventions.
  
• Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of post-graduation work experience in a clinical setting.
  
• Demonstrate proven expertise and hands-on experience working within Emergency Departments.
  
• Show specific competency and prior experience managing patients in Intensive Care Units (ICU).
  
• Hold a valid medical license and relevant certifications required for practice.
  
• Exhibit strong decision-making abilities under pressure and exceptional crisis management skills.
  
• Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
