We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and well-presented Retail Jewelry Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces, provide product knowledge, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.

Requirements

12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (jewelry experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable appearance and confident body language
Basic computer knowledge for billing and data entry
Polite, patient, and customer-service oriented
Willing to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and festive seasons
