Responsible for technical aspects as well as for the growth and development of the team.\n\n## What will your job look like?\n\n * Lead end\u2011to\u2011end RF optimization for 4G LTE and 5G NR RAN \n * Own and drive key network KPIs including accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput\n * Oversee drive testing and field optimization using TEMS and ActixLead, mentor, and manage a team of RF Optimization Engineers\n * Plan workloads, ensure timely delivery, and review optimization outputs\n * Act as primary RF point of contact for customers, OEMs and internal stakeholders\n * Present performance trends, RCA outcomes, and optimization plans\n\n\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 QualificationsEducationBachelor\u2019s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical EngineeringMaster\u2019s degree preferred\n\n## All you need is...\n\nExperience\n\n8\u201312 years of RF Optimization experience\n\nMinimum 3 years in a Lead or Senior RF role\n\nMandatory hands\u2011on expertise in:\n\nEricsson LTE RF Optimization\n\nEricsson 5G NR Optimization\n\nProven experience managing RF optimization teams\n\nExposure to managed services or large\u2011scale networks preferred\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nStrong understanding of Ericsson LTE \u0026 5G architecture and call flows\n\nExpertise in KPIs, mobility, and interference optimization\n\nTools: Ericsson ENM, TEMS, Actix\n\nData analysis skills: Excel (mandatory); SQL/Python (preferred)\n\nSoft Skills:Strong leadership and decision\u2011making abilities\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nCustomer\u2011facing experience\n\nAbility to perform in fast\u2011paced, high\u2011pressure environments\n\n## Why you will love this job:\n\nHaving the ability to lead all relevant partner expectations and relationships and provides transparency of the project\n\n * Leads the team in meeting technical challenges\n\n * An opportunity to work with the industry most updated technologies.\n\n * We are a dynamic, multi-cultural organization that constantly innovates and empowers our employees to grow.
