products to automotive retailers — from standardised set-ups to client-specific
requirements. Leveraging your analytical skills and process mindset, you’ll help identify
opportunities to streamline workflows, capture and share knowledge, and introduce
automation that supports both operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
and optimise configuration processes for Keyloop’s product suite.
• Structure standard and client-specific configuration requirements in a way that
supports repeatability and scalability.
• Contribute to the design and population of a centralised knowledge base, ensuring
analyst expertise is captured and accessible.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, RPA, and other automation tools to improve
knowledge access, quality control, scheduling, and workload management. Advise on
technology selection, implementation strategies, and change management for such
transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure process enhancements are practical,
measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Support the creation of user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for
improvements in tooling, workflows, and knowledge management.
• Analyse operational data from completed jobs to generate insights and recommend
refinements for ongoing process improvement.
• Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet agreed specifications
and deliver value.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating where necessary.
Skills & Experience
• 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in a technology, SaaS, or
automotive-related environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, able to elicit current ways of working and
translate into different technology-supported ways of working.
• Exposure to automation technologies (AI, RPA, workflow orchestration).
• Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability
to assess complex, multi-system workflows, identify root causes, and evaluate solution
options that balance operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement
methodologies to streamline processes, reduce variation, and embed a culture of
measurable, data-driven improvement.
• Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
