Saas Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a SaaS Business Development Specialist with strong experience or interest in hotel sales, hospitality technology, and B2B SaaS solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring hotel and hospitality clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable SaaS solutions, and converting prospects into long-term business partners.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with cold calling and client meetings, and have a strong understanding of the hotel/hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality sector.
  
• Prospect and connect with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hotel groups, and hospitality businesses.
  
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and client meetings to generate leads.
  
• Understand hotel requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives.
  
• Present and demonstrate the company's SaaS / travel technology solutions to prospective clients.
  
• Conduct product presentations and explain the value proposition, features, and commercial benefits.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding.
  
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers/partners.
  
• Negotiate commercials and close deals within approved business terms.
  
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
  
• Coordinate with the Operations, Product, Revenue, and Customer Success teams for smooth client onboarding.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel decision-makers such as Hotel Managers, Owners, Revenue Managers, Sales Heads, and Directors.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in hospitality technology.
  
• Participate in hotel visits, industry events, networking meetings, and business development activities when required.
  
• Provide regular reports on lead generation, meetings, pipeline, conversions, and revenue.
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SaaS, CRM, APIs, hotel technology, or travel technology is preferred.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
