Safety Manager - Textile Spinning Mill

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement EHS policies, safety procedures, and SOPs

✔ Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Fire & Safety, and statutory regulations

✔ Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits

✔ Lead incident investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

✔ Organize safety training, toolbox talks, mock drills, and awareness programs

✔ Monitor PPE usage and workplace safety compliance

✔ Coordinate fire safety systems, emergency response, and evacuation drills

✔ Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation

✔ Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve workplace safety

✔ Promote a proactive safety culture across the organization
