Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

  Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

  Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries.

  
  


• 
  

  Explain products/services clearly and professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Understand customer requirements and identify potential leads.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle customer objections professionally and work toward conversion.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

  
  


• 
  

  Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead-generation experience is preferred.
