We’re hiring a Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development for our client which is one of India’s premier Tier -1 PMS. As the Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development, your responsibilities would be:

Planning and implementing distribution strategies through existing and new relationships within the assigned region.
Supporting company distribution initiatives and strengthening ties with key partners like MNC banks (SCB, Citi, Kotak Wealth, etc.).
Driving market share and visibility through new distributor empanelment and joint calls with RM’s in competitive markets.
Liaising with the Investment team for ideas and concalls, while channelizing market intelligence back to the product team.
Collaborating with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
Ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory frameworks, KYC norms, and brand values at all times.

Requirements

At least 8–10 years of relevant experience specifically within a PMS organization.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of AIF, PMS, and equity markets.
Proven track record of managing key distributor relationships with MNC banks and wealth management firms.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
Excellent communication, marketing, and networking skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
Willingness to travel (ROM) and a commitment to continuous knowledge upgradation and mandatory certifications.
