Job Description - Sales Associate

Sales Associate:

SharePal is a rental platform for one's lifestyle needs. Be it travel, photography, entertainment, etc, one can rent all the latest products at SharePal.in. We are building an Amazon -like e -commerce platform of rentable products for 200M urban Indians. We believe experience is more valuable than ownership and that accessibility shouldn’t depend on one’s affordability.

As a Sales Associate at SharePal, you will be responsible for driving sales, creating brand awareness and generating more leads.

The primary responsibilities will include the following:

Take & manage inbound calls and chats process to understand customer’s requirements.
Follow -up with potential leads and maximise conversions.
Set -up and handle customer queries at the experience store located in Bangalore.
Engage in brand awareness and lead generation projects.
Coordinating with the support and operations team in case of any order related issues.
Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolve any customer escalations.

Requirements

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Communication : Hindi & English

Relevant Experience preferred
