Job Description - Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate with 2+ years of experience in IT software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's software solutions and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT software solutions and services.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT software services sales or business development.
Strong understanding of software development services, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
​Experience working with domestic and international clients is an added advantage.
