Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting sales operations by managing client
communication, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling efficient execution of business
processes. This role requires a proactive and detail -oriented professional who can handle client
interactions, maintain accurate records, and facilitate smooth communication between dealers and
internal teams to support overall business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Lead Management
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients for lead generation, follow -ups,
and relationship development.
• Maintain a high standard of professional communication to build and sustain long -term client
relationships.
• Effectively present product and service offerings while addressing client queries with clarity
and confidence.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of call logs, CRM systems, and follow -up records.
• Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and ensure action items are
followed.
2. Internal Coordination & Sales Enablement
• Coordinate closely with dealer sales teams to ensure smooth execution of day -to -day sales
operations.
• Support internal departments by preparing documentation, proposals, quotations, and client
communications.
• Generate and present periodic MIS and performance reports to management.
• Ensure timely follow -ups on enquiries, order processing, and project execution.
• Handle co -ordination for exhibitions, client visits, and business meetings when required.
3. Dealer Engagement & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for the dealer network, ensuring consistent and
professional engagement.
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships while ensuring prompt resolution of queries
and concerns.
• Monitor order status and facilitate seamless communication between dealers and internal
teams.
• Provide ongoing support related to product information, pricing, and documentation
requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and submit regular activity reports and performance updates to the HR Manager
and Director.
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of client interactions, enquiries, and order status.
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards and proper tracking of all sales activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
• Excellent coordination, follow -up, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem -solving skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Business Coordination, or similar
roles.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, lighting, LED, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
Interview Process
The interview assessment shall consist of 3 rounds:
• Round 1: HR Screening Round
• Round 2: Virtual Interview via Google Meet with Director & Department Head
• Round 3: Final Round – Physical Visit & Walkthrough of Factory Premises
Travel Requirement
Travel is a mandatory part of your role as a Sales Coordinator. You will be required to undertake
travel as per business needs, including client visits and coordination activities. All travel shall be
governed by the Company’s Travel & Reimbursement Policy as per the HR Manual.
Travel & Reimbursement Clause
• Travel for final round (factory visit) shall be arranged via AC Sleeper Bus or 3 -Tier Train.
• Reimbursement eligibility: ₹1,500 for accommodation and ₹500 for food expenses.
• App -based local travel (cabs/auto) and bank transfer proof are mandatory for claims.
• All receipts must be submitted within 3 days of travel.
• Any exceptions shall be subject to prior approval from management.
Reimbursement Basis
Reimbursement shall be made based on actual expenses incurred with proper proofs submitted;
however, the payable amount shall be restricted to the lower of the actual amount submitted or the
policy limits specified above.
