Sales Coordinator cum Accountant - Off-Role

• Processing customer orders and ensuring timely dispatch/delivery.
  
• Communicating with customers regarding order status and enquiries.
  
• Maintaining sales records and preparing regular reports.
  
• Providing administrative support to the sales team.
  

• Performing basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, bank entries, and stock management.
  
• Preparing and sending invoices.
  
• Managing customer/vendor ledgers.
  
• Reconciling bank statements regularly.
  
• Assisting in month-end closing activities and audits.
  

•  Booking purchase (goods & services) and sales transactions.
  
•  Accounting for export and import transactions; coordinating with the bank to close BOE.
  
•  Payment follow-up with customers.
  
•  Inventory accounting and reconciliation.
  
•  Processing employee expenses and petty cash.
  
•  Regular bank reconciliation.
  
•  Managing TDS & GST compliance, including return filing.
  
•  Supporting monthly closing and audit preparation.
  
•  Creating Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
  
• Experience: 4–6 years of progressive experience in accounting.
  

• Tally Prime (hands-on)
  
• Advanced Excel
  
• Email communication (Outlook)
  
• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
