Sales Coordinator (Freshers)

• Communicate with existing clients through calls and emails.
  

• Follow up on client queries and provide timely updates.
  

• Prepare and share customer quotations based on requirements.
  

• Take payment follow -ups from clients and update internal teams accordingly.
  

• Schedule meetings or demo sessions between clients and internal teams.
  

• Ensure smooth coordination and send meeting reminders.
  

• Join online meetings when required.
  

• Maintain our CRM with client communication details.
  

• Build and maintain strong, long -term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, technical) to ensure client requirements are included in the quotes.
  

• Share regular status updates with the Director.
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  

Skills & Experience

• 0 - 3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.
  

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  

• Fresh Graduates can apply
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  

• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools/processes.
