We are looking for a proactive, self -driven, and target -oriented Business Development Executive to own and manage our outbound sales pipeline. In this role, you will lead our growth efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high -value B2B leads.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B outbound sales (preferably within an agency or SaaS environment), possesses top -tier English communication skills, and thrives in a target -driven, high -ownership environment. Experience selling design, branding, Webflow, or tech services to international clients (especially North America) is a massive plus.
As a BDE, your day -to -day responsibilities will bridge market research, strategic outreach, and relationship building:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate highly qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and targeted market research.
Pipeline Management: Manage outbound prospecting workflows and maintain rigorous, consistent follow -ups with prospects.
Qualification & Discovery: Qualify inbound/outbound leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), budget alignment, and project fit.
Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with decision -makers to build trust, schedule discovery calls, and smoothly hand off qualified leads to the internal team.
Deal Support: Assist the leadership team in preparing proposals, presentations, and closing deals.
CRM Discipline: Maintain, update, and manage the CRM with 100% accurate, real -time lead statuses and data.
Target Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation, pipeline velocity, and sales targets.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in B2B outbound sales (Agency, SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Product context).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Outreach Mastery: Strong proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and modern lead generation frameworks.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; absolute confidence in pitching to global clients.
Core Competencies: Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, target -driven, and comfortable with a 3 -month probation period.
Experience selling agency services (Design, Branding, Webflow/Software Development, Digital Marketing).
Prior experience targeting and closing clients in international markets (specifically North America).
