Sales Development Representitive

As a Sales Support Associate on the Global Outbound team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll help Sales teams build high-quality pipelines across global markets. You’ll combine B2B prospecting, AI-powered research, sales intelligence, and personalized multi-channel outreach to identify the right businesses and decision-makers. You’ll use data, experimentation, and automation to make outbound prospecting more effective and scalable. Your work will directly contribute to qualified opportunities and pipeline growth.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR/BDR, business development, lead generation, or a similar prospecting-focused role.


• Hands-on experience with B2B prospecting and outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.


• Practical experience using AI for prospect research, qualification, personalization, outreach, or sales productivity.


• Experience researching ICPs, evaluating account fit, identifying decision-makers, and using business signals to prioritize prospects.


• Familiarity with CRM, sales engagement, prospecting, and data-enrichment platforms.
  
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Similarweb, Hunter, or similar sales intelligence tools.


• Experience supporting global B2B markets or working in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, digital advertising, or another technology-led B2B business.
  
  

How you’ll make an impact:

• Partner with Sales teams to understand market priorities, ICPs, target industries, campaigns, and business objectives.


• Research and qualify high-potential accounts using AI, market intelligence, business data, and relevant buying signals.


• Identify, map, and validate decision-makers to create accurate and actionable prospect pipelines.


• Use AI and automation to scale account research, enrichment, qualification, and personalization while maintaining quality.


• Create relevant messaging based on the prospect’s company, role, industry, business context, and available signals.


• Execute structured, multi-touch outreach across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, with thoughtful follow-ups.


• Engage prospects to understand their needs, priorities, challenges, and potential fit with the company.


• Qualify prospects against agreed business criteria and convert meaningful engagement into qualified meetings and opportunities.


• Provide Sales with clear account research, prospect context, and qualification insights to support effective handoffs.


• Maintain accurate prospect, outreach, and opportunity data across HubSpot/Salesforce.


• Track engagement, qualification, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance to identify what drives results.


• Share market insights and continuously improve targeting, messaging, workflows, and outbound strategies.


• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and new tools to reduce manual work and scale successful outbound approaches across markets.
