We Are Hiring: Sales Manager (Technical Sales)

For one of our clients in the Automation Industry

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer to join our client's Bangalore office. The company, a subsidiary of a leading global automation corporation, is dedicated to providing "Human Centered Automation" solutions to improve safety, comfort, and environmental preservation. Job Details:

Position: Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer
Function: Technical Sales, Marketing & Product Promotion
Location: Bangalore (Mittal Tower, MG Road)
Sales Territory: Bangalore & surrounding areas, as required by the company
Experience: 5 to 8 years in sales
Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential OEM accounts, acquire new OEM customers, and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
Present and demonstrate products, highlighting key features for technical approval.
Collaborate with the technical team to select the appropriate products for customer needs.
Engage with various sales channels, including OEMs, end-users, and distributors.
Drive new customer acquisition and meet sales targets for the assigned territory.
Keep management updated on sales activities and progress toward achieving annual business goals.

Required Skills:

Strong product knowledge and technical understanding
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and end-users in the automation or related sectors
New Customer Acquisition (Original Equipment Manufacturers-OEMs)
To Achieve the sales targets and goals assigned for your area.
To Keep the management informed about the sales activities to achieve the annual business target
