About the Role

Hentech Engineering Solution is looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Engineers to expand our presence in the industrial and manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell industrial products and engineering solutions to customers.


• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.


• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.


• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.


• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.


• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.


• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Industrial Sales and Engineering Products.


• Strong product understanding and technical aptitude.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Customer-focused with strong negotiation abilities.


• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.


• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma (Polytechnic) or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.


• Fresher to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Engineering Sales.


• Valid driving license and willingness to travel will be preferred.
