Sales Executive

Position – Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales)

Job Location –Mumbai/Borivali
Qualification – HSC Minimum
Experience- Minimum 1year

Job Description-

1 -2 years contact center sales experience to provide contact center support through outbound/inbound voice/email/chat.

Role and Responsibilities

·          Create and maintain a database of potential leads.

·         Ensure regular follow up on potential leads

·         Providing Inbound/Outbound/email/chat support to prospect sales leads to sell the product provided by client

·         Nurture the lead and take it to payment stage

·         Update CRM and Dialer with lead information on a regular basis

Requirements

·         Should have experience working in sales departments of online D2C brands

·         Strong sales communication skills – including both verbal and written

·         Strong follow-up skills

·         Positive convincing skills

·         Goal oriented, self-driven and highly motivated individual with high aptitude

·         Problem solving and strategic thinking approach

·         Well versed in sales practices

·         Should be social media and internet savvy
