Elite Tech Corporation is a
technology solutions company helping businesses streamline operations through
Zoho's suite of products. We work closely with clients across India and
international markets to implement, customize, and scale Zoho -powered workflows
that drive measurable business growth.
We are looking for an
enthusiastic and ambitious fresher to join our Coimbatore office as a Zoho
Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to
kickstart their career in B2B SaaS sales. You will go through a structured
training phase, followed by a stipend -based learning period, before moving into
a full -time salaried role. Hindi -speaking ability is essential, as a
significant portion of our outreach targets clients in Hindi -speaking regions.
The candidate must be willing to travel and work flexible hours to align with
clients across different time zones.
• Learn and master Zoho's product suite through
structured onboarding and certification programs.
• Support senior sales team members in lead generation,
prospect research, and outreach campaigns.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage prospects
on LinkedIn in Hindi and English.
• Schedule and assist in product demos and discovery
calls with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data inside Zoho
CRM.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller deals end -to -end as
you ramp up.
• Travel to client locations, industry events, and
partner meetings as required.
• Work flexible hours to engage clients across IST, GST,
EMEA, and US time zones when needed.
• Collaborate with pre -sales and implementation teams to
understand client requirements.
• Stay curious — continuously learn about Zoho updates,
competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree (any stream) — Business, Marketing,
IT, or related fields preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory —
written and spoken. Tamil is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal
skills.
• Genuine interest in technology, SaaS, and sales as a
long -term career.
• Willingness to become Zoho -certified within 60 days of
joining (company -sponsored).
• Open to frequent travel across India and
occasionally internationally.
• Flexibility to work across time zones, including
occasional early mornings or late evenings.
• Self -driven, target -oriented, coachable, and eager to
learn.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling
rejection as part of the learning curve.
• Internship experience in sales, business development,
marketing, or customer -facing roles.
• Exposure to CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or cold
calling during college projects.
• Active participation in college clubs, competitions, or
entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel
internationally on short notice.
We follow a structured 3 -stage
progression for freshers:
1. Training Phase (Unpaid / Learning -focused) — Initial
structured training on Zoho products, sales fundamentals, communication skills,
and CRM tools. Mentorship from senior sales leaders and hands -on shadowing.
2. Stipend Phase — On successful completion of
training, you move into a performance -based stipend phase where you start
applying skills on live leads under guidance.
3. Full -Time Salary Phase — On meeting defined
performance benchmarks, you are confirmed into a full -time role with a
competitive fixed salary plus performance -linked incentives.
