Job Description - Sales Executive ( Females)

Who We Are

Verizol is India's freshest company intelligence platform. Every single day, 3,047 businesses register with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs across India. The moment they incorporate, they need a CA, a website, a marketing agency, a loan — but nobody has called them yet.

We give our subscribers the director's direct mobile number the same day the company registers. CA firms use Verizol to find GST clients. Web agencies find new website projects. NBFCs find fresh loan leads.

We are a B2B SaaS company headquartered in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. We are growing fast and we are building the sales team that will take us from 50 to 500 subscribers.


The Role

Position: Sales Executive — Inside Sales Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (on -site) Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday Flexible shift: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM available for mothers with children at home Experience: 0 to 3 years — freshers with the right attitude are welcome Joining: Immediate

You will be on the phone. That is the core of the job. You will call CA firms, web agencies, digital marketing agencies, NBFC agents, and small business consultants across India and introduce them to Verizol. These are professional business owners who genuinely need what you are selling — you are not pitching to random people. Every person you call actually needs a tool like ours.

This is not cold calling into the void. This is calling the right people at the right time about something they need right now.


What You Will Do Every Day

Morning (9 AM to 12:30 PM) Log in to the Verizol sales dashboard. Review today's fresh leads — newly incorporated companies in your assigned states. Start calling. Target 30 to 40 calls in the morning block. This is the golden window when founders are available.

Afternoon (2 PM to 5 PM) Follow up with interested prospects from the morning. Send Razorpay payment links via WhatsApp to people who said yes. Handle callbacks. Update your lead tracker. End the day with a clean pipeline.

All day Use WhatsApp to share sample data, pricing, and case studies with warm prospects. The best conversions happen over 2 to 3 follow -up messages after the first call.

Weekly Submit a call log and pipeline report to the Sales Manager. Join two team calls for coaching and pitch improvement.


Responsibilities in Detail

Outbound calling — 40 to 60 calls per day to business professionals across India. All leads provided by Verizol. No cold list building required.

Pitching and presenting — Explain how Verizol helps businesses find new clients before anyone else does. Full scripts and training provided. No technical knowledge required.

Lead tracking — Log every call outcome, follow -up date, and interest level in our CRM dashboard. Your pipeline is your daily job tracker.

Payment conversions — Send payment links to interested prospects. Follow up over 3 to 5 days until they convert or clearly decline.

WhatsApp nurturing — Send sample data files, pricing information, and short case studies to warm prospects between calls.

Feedback sharing — Tell the team what objections you hear most often. What competitors are mentioned. What questions prospects ask. Your fieldwork improves the product.




Requirements

What We Are Looking For

You must have:

  • Confident, clear spoken Hindi and/or Telugu — most calls are to professionals in these languages
  • Basic English — for WhatsApp messages and email replies
  • Comfort on the phone — you enjoy talking, you handle rejection without losing energy
  • A smartphone — WhatsApp, email, and basic spreadsheet use
  • A genuine desire to earn more than a fixed salary — commission is real and it adds up fast
  • Willingness to learn — we train you completely before your first call

It helps if you have:

  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, BPO outbound, or any calling role
  • Basic knowledge of GST, company registration, or CA services (we will train you either way)
  • Experience talking to CA firms, small business owners, or professionals
  • Knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Marathi — to handle calls in more states
  • Used a CRM tool like Zoho or any sales tracking software

You do not need:

  • An engineering degree or MBA — any graduate from any stream is welcome
  • Years of B2B sales experience — attitude beats experience at this stage
  • Technical knowledge of our product — if you can use WhatsApp, you can learn Verizol in a day
  • Your own vehicle — this is a phone -based role from our office
