  Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive our School Olympiad program. In this role, you will be the face of the company, visiting schools daily to pitch our Olympiad exams to School Principals and motivate students to participate.If you love being on the field, possess excellent communication skills, and want to earn massive incentives, this is the perfect opportunity for you!                                                                                                                       
      Key Responsibilities School Visits: Conduct daily fieldwork, visiting a minimum of 3 to 4 schools per day to pitch the Olympiad program.B2B & B2C Pitching: Meet and convince School Principals to adopt the exam. Interact with students to build excitement and drive registrations.Fee Collection Cycle: Coordinate the collection of the exam fee (250RS per student) from students to the Principal, and ensure the seamless transfer from the Principal to the company accounts                                                                                                                                  
   Daily Reporting: Submit a mandatory End -of -Day (EOD) progress report to the management regarding schools visited and leads generated.Work Timings & EnvironmentWorking Hours: Coincides with school timings (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).Work Type: 100% On -field job.                                                
   Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum 12th Standard pass (Graduates/Freshers are welcome to apply!).                                                              
Experience: Freshers with the right attitude are welcome. Prior field sales or ed -tech experience is a big plus.                                                         
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluent English speaking capabilities.Core Skills: High confidence, strong persuasion skills, polite demeanour, and a target -driven mindset.Must -Have:                                            
    Must own a two -wheeler for daily commuting/fieldwork.                             
   Compensation & Benefits  Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable up to ₹30,000 for candidates hitting a ₹1,00,000 business milestone). Travel Allowance (TA/DA): ₹2,000 fixed per month.Incentive Structure: High -earning potential! Earn up to 5 times your base salary via performance -linked incentives.
