Senior Business Development Manager | Location: Mumbai | Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive/Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and manage on -ground sales operations. The role involves identifying prospects, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships in the HORECA, retail, and SME sectorKey.

• Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, referrals, and partnerships.
  

• Present Circolife’s AC subscription model and explain value propositions to clients.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

• Maintain strong post -sale relationships for renewals and referrals.
  

• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth delivery and onboarding.
  

• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data in CRM tools.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in B2B or field sales (preferably in HVAC, electrical appliances, or subscription -based products).
  

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  

• Strong customer relationship management ability.
  

• Self -motivated, target -driven, and comfortable working in a field -based role.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
