We are hiring a dynamic and result -oriented Sales Manager – Real Estate who can independently handle branch operations while actively driving sales. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in real estate sales, strong leadership ability, and the capability to manage end -to -end branch responsibilities along with individual sales targets.
This role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and technically sound in real estate processes, sales strategies, and customer handling.
Handle end -to -end branch operations, including day -to -day management and coordination
Drive individual sales performance and achieve assigned revenue targets
Lead, guide, and monitor the branch sales activities to ensure consistent growth.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, conduct site visits, and close deals independently
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects
Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting related to sales and bookings
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Represent the branch professionally and act as the key point of contact.
Strong technical knowledge of real estate sales, processes, and documentation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch performance
Strong leadership and decision -making skills
Customer -centric approach with problem -solving mindset
Good understanding of sales funnels, closures, and CRM practices
