Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results -driven Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth, manage distributor and retailer relationships, and contribute to revenue generation in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B or agri -inputs sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard potential retailers/distributors in the assigned territory

  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Drive sales targets and achieve revenue objectives

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

  • Execute promotional activities, trade programs, and product launches

  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment

  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to leadership

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in agri -inputs, FMCG, or B2B platforms

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region

  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
