Job Description - Sales Manager - construction

We are looking for a result -driven Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue for our real estate projects.

If you have strong experience in property sales, client handling, and team leadership, this is your chance to grow with a dynamic real estate brand ?

Key Responsibilities:

â Drive sales targets & revenue growth for residential/commercial projects

â Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Managers

â Handle client meetings, site visits & deal closures

â Develop and execute sales strategies & lead conversion plans

â Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns

â Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers & channel partners

â Track sales performance, pipeline & reporting

â Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

Strong experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales

Proven track record of target achievement & closures

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Experience in handling clients, brokers & channel partners

Leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of local real estate market & trends

Customer -focused and result -oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
Experience in real estate, construction, or property sales preferred
