This individual contributor role is
responsible for generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle from
prospecting to closure, achieving sales targets, and actively participating in
marketing and sales -driven initiatives.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
End -to -End Sales Ownership:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and client meetings.
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track and report key sales metrics.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide timely support and follow -ups.
Marketing & Sales Initiatives:
- Participate in marketing campaigns and sales drives.
- Work with marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
- Share insights to support business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 – 8 years of relevant sales or business development
experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve
targets.
- Self -motivated, proactive, and
result -oriented.
