Job Description

Role: The
Sales Manager is responsible for driving Education Loan business growth within
a designated geographical area. This role involves leading and motivating a
sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies,
and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop
  and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed team
  targets.
  
• Recruit,
  train, and mentor a high -performing sales team.
  
• Build
  and maintain strong relationships with customers, educational
  institutions, DSAs, Overseas Study Consultants, Visa Consultants and other
  stakeholders.
  
• Conduct
  market research and competitor analysis to identify business
  opportunities.
  
• Analyze
  sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum
  1 -2 years of experience in the Education Loan industry.

  in MS Office Suite.
  

Education: A
Bachelor's degree is required.
