Sales Manager -Printing/Packaging

We are seeking a dynamic and result -driven Sales Manager with experience in Label Manufacturing / Printing / Packaging Industry to lead business development, key account management, and revenue growth initiatives.

The candidate should have strong exposure to B2B industrial sales, especially in labels for FMCG, Pharma, Food, Cosmetics, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  

• Identify new business opportunities in FMCG, Pharma & Manufacturing sectors
  

• Manage key accounts and maintain long -term client relationships
  

• Conduct client meetings, negotiations & contract finalization
  

• Lead and guide the sales team
  

• Market analysis and competitor tracking
  

• Coordinate with production & design teams for order execution
