Job Description - Sales Managers _ CNC Machines - Gurgaon Faridabad

The Role: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our market. Your mission: generate sales leads, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth for our premium CNC Machines.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target customers and markets through various sales and marketing channels.
Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends through market research.
Negotiate win -win deals with clients.
Track and report sales performance for continuous improvement.
Train & support sales team to enhance sales performance
Building a good relationship with the clients.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities.
Create and implement effective sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets on daily & monthly basis.

Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate sales leads, nurture client partnerships, and surpass targets. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our sales.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Proven experience in CNC Machine sales or related roles.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability.
Strong communication skills, including fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Proficiency in market research.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
