About you

You have experience In Steel Making process and refractory installation or manufacturing. This position performs the legwork of coordinating field demonstrations activities related to up smooth functioning in RHI Magnesita product lines e.g. EAF, IF/BOF/AOD/Ladle Linings, RH degassers and purging elements .Liaises with Sales team members and enabling and guide them about proper usage of these products for better effectiveness in the business

• Minimum qualification: Degree in Metallurgical or Ceramic Engineering


• 10/12 years of relevant experience in industry steel making process or marketing of refractory products for steel making route


• Knowledge of process, application and fact finding of any failures  


• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Strong analytical skills and conclude from the process or level-2 data


• Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

• Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts between RHIM strategy and market trends.


• At the same time actively propose strategies for compensation of those.

About the job

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Technical Marketing Manager for a senior position. Also the experience to manage and continuously improve the 4PRO refractory installation performance as well as standard margin. The responsibility also calls for the onsite execution of supervisor training.

Your tasks will include:

• Document the refractory performance


• Prepare data and co-ordinate with various units/departments to identify the weak area


• Ensure all records, documents, certificates, receipts, submissions, etc., related to various compliances and litigations are maintained up to date and consistently. Understand & explain the reasons for the performance deviations


• Analyze the failure of the refractory for any aggregate that is assigned to him/her


• Maintain a compliance calendar / tracker

• Sales Team for supporting them with mounting proposal


• Technical marketing for various applications
