Job Description - Sales Representative

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 0–1 Year
Compensation: ₹25,000 (on achieving target) + Incentives (₹500 per successful deal)
Employment Type: Contract -Based

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as Contract -Based Salespeople to support our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, pitching our products/services, and closing sales to meet defined targets.

Please note: The fixed compensation of ₹25,000 will be applicable only upon achieving a

minimum of 400 calls per month.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

â Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling andonline research.

â Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services topotential clients.

â Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.

â Sales Reporting: Record all sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes in theCRM.

â Target Achievement: Meet the assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.

â Closing Sales: Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring revenue generation.

Qualifications

â Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

â Prior experience in sales or customer -facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

â Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

â Self -motivated with the ability to work independently.

â Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Benefits
