Job Description - Sales Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for products and services in the assigned region.

2. Identify new opportunities for products and services within the market.

3. Collaborate with cross -functional teams to communicate product value propositions and deliverables effectively.

4. Analyses customer needs and efficiently sell machinery in various parts of the state.

5. Handle documentation and after -sales mechanisms related to sales processes.

6. Generate sales in the designated region by leveraging existing sales leads and actively seeking new prospects.

7. Travel extensively to engage with Builders, Civil Contractors, and other relevant stakeholders at their sites and offices.

8. Build and manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

9. Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and product knowledge to provide valuable insights.

10. Effectively communicate technical and non -technical information to both technical and non -technical audiences.

11. Ensure fluent communication in the local language as per the region of operation.

12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of crushers products, related services, and industry -specific knowledge.

13. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of MESPL.
