Sales Support

• To act as a single point
  connection between all Marketing Field staff / Dealers/ Corporate office /
  Other Departments and to respond to business inquiries in accordance with
  established policies and procedures.
  
• To
  interfaces with Sales professionals, Marketing Assistants and Designers
  regarding marketing and client requirements.
  
• To
  collect the necessary information to complete marketing tasks.
  Independently determines the appropriate methodology in creating marketing
  and presentation materials.
  
• To coordinate
  with multiple client projects by coordinating with Marketing staff,
  approving and closing out task specifications and tracking results.
  

• To co-ordinate with CAD team,
  developing and sending the presentation to all clients and Architects.
  
• To
  provide Samples and Promotional material to the concerned clients. Along
  with that also send Quotations / Performa invoices as desired by the
  client/ dealers.
  
• To effectively
  respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers,
  supervisor, and/or management. To solve problems involving several options
  in situations.
  
• To
  prioritize work assignments and to obtain appropriate approval prior to
  placing orders with factory. Organizing and coordinating work assignments
  with factory.
  
• To
  review expediting schedules on all customer orders and forwarding obtained
  information to planning and sales teams
  
• To

• To
  manage the flow of orders requires strong reliance on monitoring and
  co-ordination of dispatch schedules both manually and with computer
  programs
  
• To handle ERP System for
  Order/Sample/Promotional Tool processing.
  
• To
  update and maintain the document library and marketing supplies.
  
• To train
  team members on various software programs along with processes.
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing Coordination, or Sales Support.
  

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP and basic CAD coordination.
  

• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and client-handling skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, quotations, samples, orders and dispatch coordination.
  

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
