The individual will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the Request\u2011to\u2011Cash cycle, ensuring smooth processes, insightful reporting, and alignment with sales strategy for Vodafone Business Unit UK. This role plays a vital part in maintaining functional effectiveness, embedding best practice, and driving digitalisation within Sales Operations.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Ensure delivery timelines are achieved, with clear communication of progress against KPIs and NPS targets.\n * Co\u2011ordinate cross\u2011functional Sales Operations activities and maintain alignment across Business Pre\u2011Sales.\n * Develop and implement pre\u2011sales domain strategies and training that follow industry best practice.\n * Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the Request\u2011to\u2011Cash cycle.\n * Support the preparation and timely delivery of solutions and quotes to internal sales and business development teams.\n * Lead the co\u2011ordination, creation, and adoption of training, enablement, and governance materials for Sales Operations.\n * Ensure core systems and records are accurately maintained and governed in line with Sales Operations processes.\n * Provide hands\u2011on people management, guidance, and governance to a team of 10+ professionals.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * An individual with strong experience managing stakeholders, customers, and complex sales processes.\n * Experienced in Sales Support Operations (desirable) with thought leadership and sound decision\u2011making skills.\n * Skilled in team governance, providing constructive feedback and supporting career development.\n * Professionals with 7\u201310 years\u2019 experience in global corporates and 10+ years in Commercial, Sales, or Operations environments.\n * Experienced in leading virtual teams delivering complex global projects.\n * Data\u2011driven with strong analytical and insight capabilities. \n * Holding a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business or Telecoms; an MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
