We are looking for someone who is organize, detail oriented, comfortable working in spreadsheets, and able to learn new systems quickly.
The main focus of the role will be:
- Entering and updating order and shipment information
- Maintaining order, customer, and operational records
- Supporting item/SKU setup and other routine data entry
- Keeping shared trackers and project lists current
- Reviewing information for accuracy and flagging any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor
- Helping with other operational tasks as priorities shift day to day
Prior exposure to order processing, operations, sales support, inventory, or similar business processes is preferred.
