Location: Gurugram, Haryana

CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9-Hour Shift

Role Overview

Cyboard School is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive admissions, revenue, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling experience, hands-on CRM knowledge, and a proven track record in target-driven sales. EdTech/education industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly admission and revenue targets.


• Manage and monitor sales performance, lead conversion, follow-ups, sales funnel, and individual KPIs.


• Handle CRM operations, pipeline tracking, lead ageing, team activities, and sales reporting.


• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, coaching, and one-on-one feedback.


• Train and mentor the sales team on counselling, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing.


• Analyse sales data and identify gaps to improve conversion, productivity, and revenue.


• Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, Operations, and Academic teams for better lead quality and customer experience.


• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS with management.


• Ensure CRM hygiene, process adherence, and achievement of defined sales KPIs.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of relevant sales experience with proven team-handling experience.


• Should have handled a team of at least 20 members.


• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and sales funnel management.


• Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.


• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.


• Good understanding of lead conversion, counselling, follow-ups, and sales closure.


• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.


• EdTech, online schooling, or education industry experience will be preferred.
