We are seeking a motivated and result -oriented Inside Sales
Trainee to join our team at AGSuite Technologies. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for promoting and selling Zoho's suite of products to potential
customers via phone calls, assisting them in identifying the best solutions for
their business needs. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for
technology and sales, looking to start a career in a fast -paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers from
leads provided by the company to promote and sell Zoho's range of products
(CRM, project management tools, email marketing, finance solutions, etc.).
• Product Knowledge: Gain a strong understanding of Zoho’s
diverse product suite to effectively communicate the benefits of each product
and recommend suitable solutions.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Identify and understand customer
needs, pain points, and business requirements through meaningful conversations.
• Product Presentation: Explain and demonstrate how Zoho
products can address the customer’s business challenges and improve efficiency.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by persuading
prospects about the value of Zoho products, effectively closing deals, and
ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow -Ups: Maintain regular follow -up calls with
prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
• Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records of
interactions with prospects and customers in Zoho CRM.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the
management team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to improve
sales strategies and product offerings
