Job Description - Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

5â8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

6 months to 1 year of practical experience working with Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.

Salesforce Agentforce Developer to help drive the next generation of AI-powered automation within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Salesforce development expertise with hands-on experience in Agentforce and AI capabilities to deliver intelligent, autonomous solutions that enhance business processes across Sales and Service functions.

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven agents and workflows, integrating generative AI capabilities into existing CRM processes, and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Design, develop, and deploy autonomous agents and AI-powered workflows using Salesforce Agentforce, including Prompt Builder, Copilot/Vibes, and Custom or Standard Agents.

Build, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related platform technologies.

Configure and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to support intelligent automation and AI-driven business processes.

Implement prompt engineering strategies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, and AI workflows while ensuring compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs to provide real-time contextual data for Agentforce solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of AI responses and agent performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and operational stability.

Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across Salesforce and Agentforce implementations.

Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.

Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and customization.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls.

Experience designing and implementing API integrations using REST and SOAP services.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Passion for emerging AI technologies and applying them to real-world business challenges.

Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and cross-cloud integration scenarios.

Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts, data harmonization, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

Salesforce AI Associate Certification.

Agentforce Accredited Professional Certification.

Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II Certification.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments.
